There is something incredibly dramatic and romantic about Arizona.
It is where the earth shows off its best shades of reds, golds, and blues and every time you think you have seen every possible color combination it surprises you again and again.
It is here where, for the first time in my life, I saw that earth can be blue and it is not water! But there is another kind of blue right up above my head.
It is the Arizona sky with the sun high up and clusters of white heavy fluffy clouds. I dare to say that nowhere else you are more aware of the light, space and the contrasts that surround you all at the same time: the white and the deep blue, the parts of clouds reflecting sunlight and those in the shade, the earthiness of the earth and the airiness of the sky.
It is a photographic paradise. Arizona owns her sky and if she could sell it to photographers she would make a fortune.
